Practice Areas:
Kristen litigates, mediates and negotiates on behalf a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. She represents both municipalities and developers in all aspects of land use law, environmental law, zoning law, real estate and the State Environmental Quality Review Act. She currently serves as the City of Rye’s Corporation Counsel and City Prosecutor and as counsel to the Town of Yorktown Planning Board. In addition, Ms. Wilson handles a variety of litigation for private clients and appears before various courts, municipal boards and administrative agencies seeking approvals for development projects and real estate transactions.
She is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Connecticut State Bar; and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. Ms. Wilson holds a J.D. and an Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University School of Law; and a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross, where she received degrees in Environmental Science and Physics.
Ms. Wilson is a member of the New York State and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.

Competes in regional and national triathlon and distance running events and is currently sponsored by several nutrition and athletic apparel companies. Participated in 2013 and 2015 Ironman World Championships in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii and 2012, 2014 and 2015 Half Ironman World Championships in various host countries.
