Profile:

Frank Napolitano has more than twenty years of experience in the areas of land use regulations, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation. He has represented owners, developers and contractors before land use commissions & boards in New York and Connecticut, as well as owners & construction entities in commercial litigation matters. Frank also represents a variety of lending institutions and borrowers in real estate transactions.

 

Frank held the position of associate attorney at the New York City law firm of Altieri, Kushner, Miuccio & Frind, a commercial litigation firm specializing in commercial and construction litigation. From 1993 to 1998, Frank was a litigation attorney with the law firm of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman in New York City where he was a member of the litigation team representing Hoechst Celanese Corporation in complex multi-party litigation involving polybutylene plumbing products, the nation’s largest mass tort complex litigation up to that time.

 

Frank has also formerly held the position of Associate General Counsel for the Archdiocese of New York where he was responsible for managing and defending premises liability claims. His duties also included representing the Archdiocese before municipal agencies and in real estate transactions.

 

Professional Appointments & Affiliations:

Frank is formerly a member of the American Corporation Counsel Association, Greater New York Chapter, where he was co-chair of the Not-for-Profit Organizations Committee. He is a member of the Greenwich Bar Association. From 2002 to 2006, he served as a Commissioner on the Greenwich Planning & Zoning Commission.
