Profile:

Anthony has over twenty years of experience in the areas of Litigation, Wills, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, and Business Formation.   He represents clients and numerous financial institutions concerning both residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, financing and sales, business formations, business acquisitions and all related financing.

 

Anthony’s Trusts & Estates experience includes all facets of estate planning, estate administration, conservatorships, and trust formations.  He has authored over 50 nationally recognized publications regarding estate planning.

 

Regarding litigation, he represents clients in a variety of legal disputes ranging from personal injury to complex litigation. He has overseen litigated matters with a total financial exposure exceeding one half billion dollars. Anthony has successfully acquired significant verdicts and succeeded in all subsequent appeals in a variety of highly publicized court matters in the areas of complex litigation, police shooting, and products liability.

 

Professional Appointments & Affiliations:

In 2012, Anthony was appointed by the Hon. Chase T. Rogers, Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court as an Attorney Trial Referee and Fact Finder/Arbitrator for the Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Stamford, where he presides over non-jury litigation cases.
